When can I resume normal activities? This depends on your age and health status. As individuals age it takes longer for the body to heal. Healthy individuals will recover sooner then those with certain medical conditions. The type of procedure also impacts healing time. Teenagers having wisdom teeth removed usually require 72 hours of recuperation. Older individuals could take up to a week. Implant procedures require far less recuperation.
